They did what they say they would. The flowers are beautiful and my wife loves them. The only hiccup is that they sent the Delivered Email before they actually have the flowers delivered. Otherwise, great job!

I was a bit surprised to read an email asking me for a local phone number of the recipient- in the end, the deliveries are international, so was not expecting a foreign number to be any kind of an issue. But eventually, the flowers reached their destination without any issues :)
