FloraMamma Refund Policy
FloraMamma is glad to have served you! We work hard to provide you with a smooth and fun flower shopping and delivery services. If in any event that our products and services did not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can address your concern immediately.
Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we encourage you to inform our team at least one (1) day after receipt of product. FloraMamma reserves the right to assess the condition of the product and determine its eligibility for a refund or replacement.
FloraMamma may offer freebies and privileges to compensate for the inconvenience brought by unmet customer expectations.
Please inform our team if your order has not been delivered on the specified delivery date and provide us with your name and order details so we can look into the matter without delay. The incident will be under investigation and you will be notified of the outcome after 24 hours.
In most cases, the delivery was conducted but there was no available recipient. In such circumstance, FloraMamma will contact the recipient and re-schedule delivery of your order. Replacements of the product shall be made if the non-delivery is caused by controllable incidents.
FloraMamma holds no liability and reserves the right to refuse a refund for a case of non-delivery caused by incorrect delivery information or unavailability of recipient.
FloraMamma cannot entitle you for refund if the product was not delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. when the recipient refuses to accept the flowers. In such cases, you cannot hold FloraMamma liable.
FloraMamma will require additional fees for a request of change of delivery address and will have full discretion whether an alternative address will be approved or rejected
FloraMamma does its best to provide orders as requested. However, due to the regional and seasonality availability of the flowers, making necessary substitutions of equal or greater value is unavoidable. This goes the same with flower containers and hand-arranged bouquet designs. Rest assured that we will ensure that the ‘look’ and ‘aura’ of the arrangement will be maintained using the same colour combination, shape, style, and size of flowers.
For requests of cancellation, you must notify FloraMamma within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests of cancellation beyond this period will not be honoured. Orders which are already designed, already on delivery, and placed with incorrect information are not eligible for cancellation.
