As Valentine's Day approaches, we remind our customers to place their orders before February 10th for guaranteed delivery on February 14th. Orders placed after this date may result in delivery between the 15th and 17th of February due to the high demand for flowers during this time.
It's possible that certain keepsake items may need to be substituted due to increased demand during major holidays, particularly in single-flower arrangements such as rose or orchid bouquets. We will do our best to match the flower type, but may have to substitute with a different color.
Due to the limited availability of some flowers in different regions of Europe, substitutions may be required to complete your bouquet. However, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme are maintained, using flowers of equal value.
Please note that flower availability may be limited during the Valentine's holiday due to inventory supplies. Despite this, we will make every effort to provide substitutions of equal value and style.

website, you are bound to have accepted the Terms in full. The Company reserves
the right to amend the terms by updating this posting from time to time, and
without notice so please make sure to visit this page regularly to review these

A standrd deliver fee of €10 applies to all orders.

websites at your own discretion.
PROHIBITION
TO INFRINGING AND OFFENSIVE USE

OF SALE
By using the Website and services of FloraMamma, you agree to abide by the rules and procedures of the Company’s website
and services.
a) Product substitution policy –
The Company reserves the right to substitute the product with a variant of
similar or equal quality and value without notice of unavailability of the
ordered product. In the event that the
Company will not be able to supply a product nor its substitute variant, you
shall receive a notification from the Company and a reimbursement for not more
than 30 days from delivery date. If you have questions with regard to plant or
flower toxicity, you may Contact Customer Service for more information.
b)
Policy on images – Images seen
on the website are for purposes of display only. FloraMamma’s actual products are
all hand-arranged with fresh flowers and may vary in appearance and texture from the
representation on the Website.
c)
Policy on Pricing - Prices of products
are based on product availability and are subject to change without notice. The
prices posted on the Website exclude fees for shipping and handling. The
Website shall indicate a breakdown of fees before requiring of payment upon
check-out.
d)
Ordering Policy - By ordering
products for the Website and clicking the check-out button, you are bound to
fully comply with the provisions of the Terms.
As receipt of you order, the Company will send you an email confirmation
indicating your invoice address, order number, delivery address, and pertinent
product details.
e)
Payment Policy – The Company accepts payment
via Paypal and credit card (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express). Applicable
surcharges may be required by the Company for Paypal and credit card payments.
The applicable surcharges are as follows: VISA (2.5%), Mastercard (2.5%), Paypal
(2.5%). When you process your payment through the Website, you thereby authorize
the Company to receive and disburse your payment to applicable payment
entities.

Delivery Policy – FloraMamma delivers flower, plant, and gift products to residential and business addresses
all over Europe.
e.1) The Company has no specified time of
delivery, however; services and products are guaranteed to be delivered that day.( The recipient must be available for acceptance of the delivery otherwise this must be agreed prior by both parties.)
e.2) For deliveries to
remote areas, you will be notified of availability of service or additional
surcharges that may incur. Additional surcharges also apply to deliveries
during peak seasons like Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, International Womens Day and Mother’s Day and
re-deliveries brought by unforeseen circumstances such as absence of recipient
or wrong delivery address.
e.3) Orders made beyond 1:00 PM of a Saturday shall be delivered on a Monday after the weekend
e.4) Once you receive the product, you will be
responsible for preserving quality and prolonging shelf life and will waive the
Company of any liability of its loss or damage.
g)
Cancellation, return, and
refund policy – If you wish to cancel your contract with the Company and return
the product, you may do so not later than 7 days after receiving the product.

POLICY
ON COMPANY LIABILITY
You are bound to the Terms once you enter
the Website and use the Company services. The Company will not be held liable
for loss resulting from the following: (a) failure to abide by the Company’s

inappropriate use of the Company’s services. In addition, the Company is not
liable for any impairment of and delay in delivering services due to acts of

and FloraMamma should be construed and governed in accordance to the European
laws. Any disputes between you and the Company shall be under the jurisdiction
of the European courts.
